Our client is Ober-Haus - a leading real estate brokerage with 30 offices in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Ober-Haus is owned by Realia Group Finland which has 2,000 brokers and property managers in Finland, Baltic States and Poland.

Warsaw
Opis stanowiska: 

• Business expansion, sourcing of large clients
• Researching and planning expansion into new markets
• Adding new services to the company where doing so increases company value
• Managing the office in Warsaw
• Supervising Office Managers from all offices in Poland
• Arranging regular training programmes for brokers
• Preparation of Brokerage Operations budget

Wymagania: 

• Experience in leading sales team
• Experience in setting goals and providing support to achieve goals
• Effective budget and target management
• Hands-on role where you will lead by example
• Fluency in Polish and English
